By accessing or using DocBrilliant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

DocBrilliant provides policy management software integrated with Microsoft 365. The Service enables organizations to centralize, automate, and manage their policy documents and workflows.
3. Account Requirements
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid Microsoft 365 work or school account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All content you upload, create, or share through the Service
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Maintaining appropriate backup of your data
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Share your account credentials with others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocBrilliant and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content, and grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocBrilliant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DocBrilliant operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
