Common questions about our pricing and plans
Yes. DocBrilliant is built natively on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. You sign in with your Microsoft work or school account (Azure AD / Entra ID). Documents are stored and edited in SharePoint via Office Online — this is why Microsoft 365 is required, not just an integration. Personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail) are not supported.
DocBrilliant connects directly to your SharePoint Online environment. Your documents stay in SharePoint while we add the policy management layer on top. This includes document metadata, approval workflows, and version tracking.
Yes, you save over 20% when you choose annual billing compared to monthly payments. Enterprise customers can discuss custom pricing arrangements.
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Starter plans include email support with a 24-hour response time. Professional plans get priority support with 4-hour response. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with a named account manager.
Security is our top priority. We use Azure AD for authentication, encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and maintain SOC 2 compliance. Your documents remain in your SharePoint environment.
